The need for housing in Wycombe District is 13,200 homes or around 660 homes per year. However, not all this growth can be accommodated in the District. Wycombe is proposing to build 10,925 over the plan period, or about 550 a year. Aylesbury Vale District Council has agreed to take
our ‘unmet need’ of 2,275 dwellings
