12. Housing delivery: A. The number of new homes built in
Westminster will exceed the London Plan derived figure of 20,685 over the Plan period. The target allocated to Westminster in the London Plan is 985 homes per year over ten years. Using the standard approach, this results in an annual requirement of 1,495 homes per year for Westminster (see Ch 12, p.80 of Reg 19 plan dated March 2024). Trajectory at page 81 Fig 23.
