The Plan will deliver a minimum of 14,688 new homes (equating to 816 per year) between 2021/22 and 2038/39
Stepped Housing Requirement.
As part of the housing trajectory (Appendix 1) the housing requirement is to be stepped in the following way:
a. 2021/22 to 2025/26 (first 5 years) – 678 homes per annum.
b. 2026/27 to 2038/39 (years 6 - 18) – 870 homes per annum
