Notes
New dwellings will be delivered in line with the housing trajectory set out at Appendix 4, namely
an annual requirement of 500 dwellings per annum to 2027/28, 850 dwellings per annum between
2028/29 and 2032/33, and 1,025 dwellings per annum from 2033/34 to 2039/40.
