Policy HOU1 – Delivering Sustainable Housing Growth
Sufficient land will be provided to deliver at least 9,330 net new homes over the Plan period 2024 – 2042.
The minimum housing target over the period 2024-42 and for each of the Plan phases: 2024-32, 2032-37 and 2037-42 is set out in Table 4.
