Notes
The November 2022 Reg 19 housing target includes the district's own housing requirement of 5,089 homes, plus a 4,000 home contribution towards unmet housing needs of the Greater Birmingham and Black Country Housing Market Area. The 2024 Reg 19 iteration dispenses with the 4000 contribution but includes a 640 dwelling contribution towards unmet needs of the GBBCHMA.
