See Policy H1 – Provision is made in this Local Plan for the delivery of at least 123 homes per annum over the period 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2041 (20 years); i.e., 2,460 dwellings over the plan period. With an additional 10% allowance for flexibility, the Plan makes provision for 2705 new dwellings distributed in accordance with the spatial strategy in Policy SS1.
