Notes

The London Plan sets a ten year target of 4,110 homes for net housing completions, for the borough of Richmond. This is to cover the period 2019/20 -2028/29 although it was finally confirmed on publication of the London Plan in March 2021, and can be rolled forward for future years beyond 2029.
