The plan has utilised a stepped trajectory. For the period
2011-2018 this has comprised the objectively assessed need for the borough of 502 DPA. From 2018-2031 this will increase to 812 DPA to take into account the 4,020 shortfall from the HMA. Committed to immediate review (commencing 2020). As part of the redistribution of housing, the borough has agreed to take an additional 4,020 dwellings (for Coventry).
