The District’s OAN is 14,892 dwellings over the Plan period. Provision is also made of 1,498 dwellings to ensure unmet need is addressed in the Northern West Sussex Housing Market Area (Crawley). There is a minimum District housing requirement of 16,390 dwellings between 2014 – 2031.
