Ealing will meet the 21,570 unit 10-year housing
supply target identified in the London Plan for
the period 2019-20 to 2028-29. This also forms
an annual target of 2157 units for the rest of
the 15 year Local Plan period (2024-2039). See SP4.3

Notes
"Our current Local Plan was adopted on the 03/04/2012, and this established a 'Borough' annual target of 933 net additional units. The London Plan (2021) forms part of our Development Plan and this sets a new housing requirement (2157 if annualised). This target unlike the Local Plan target reflects the geography of the LPA only and not the borough in its entirety. The current London Plan was adopted / published on the 02/03/2021."
