Notes
The Local Plan makes provision for the development of a minimum of 5,330 net dwellings in the borough in the period 2023 to 2040.
After this supply is deducted from the identified housing need of 12,835 over the period 2023 to 2040, there will be a remaining unmet housing need, of approximately 7,505
dwellings, arising from Crawley over the Plan period.

Statement with Horsham and Mid Sussex DCs and the SoCG on meeting strategic housing needs with Reigate and Banstead BC.
