Update will re-visit housing requirement. Current requirement is 420 DPA, LHN is 533 DPA. Standard method calculation (see Option 2 in Regulation 18 “Issues and Options” consultation document February 2022 ) provides housing number here of 490 DPA. Subject to change as plan progresses.
