Housing provision will be made for a minimum of 5,808
dwellings (net) between 2018-2040 to meet the objectively assessed local housing needs, and ensuring a
sufficient supply of deliverable and developable land is available to deliver around 264 dwellings each year.
In addition to the local housing need, the plan will deliver 500 dwellings to meet the unmet needs of neighbouring areas in the Greater Birmingham and Black Country
Housing Market Area.
