Notes
The Bromley Corporate Strategy commits to delivering the housing targets set out in the Local
Plan. The adoption of the new London Plan has increased Bromley’s housing target from 641
units per annum (as set out in the adopted Local Plan) to 774 units per annum. (Issues and Options, April 2023)
