Three options for housing requirement in Issues and Options (June 2019):
Option A: Continue with existing level of housing growth beyond 2029. This method would see the continuation of providing 380 DPA
Option B: Use the standard methodology for calculating local housing need. This approach would plan to deliver a minimum requirement of 339 DPA
Option C: Use the standard methodology and provide for a share of the unmet need (towards the end of the Plan period). Further work required to determine the level of provision.
